Congress should be ashamed!

The contents of this writing intends on asking questions of our Congressional staff predicated upon newer and newly released information from the State Department (SD) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with regards to some of the newer immigration “understandings” now that this topic has caused so much misery, controversy, and chaos for the first 20 years or so of this century.

I wish that every reader of this article feel or to be made as comfortable as possible insofar as some of the questions asked are going to be aimed at why does immigration have to be so distasteful?

Part one, I believe that the notion of immigration is viewed by individuals in this country as a bad scheme of arrangement. Meaning if you will, that the arrangement as it is now set up favors both illegal as well as legal immigration into this nation, however, one way or another a price will be paid.                              

I firmly believe that this conscientiousness of the individuals of this nation and I would like to add, that it is for this reason that assisted President Donald Trump to get elected to the Office of the President. Moreover, crowds and gaggles of people simply do not cheer and applaud harsh rhetoric in any arena, let alone a political campaign unless the guy running for office means what he says.

This and for many other reasons is why I do not batter an eyelash at the “suggestion” that a wall is being built, National Guard troops are being sent to the border, or more money is being pushed into the tech side of protection.

I have been asked before, from a different article I wrote stating that some funds were available for wall building. This has come from “However, the final version of this bill with amendments, signed into law on December 26, 2007, did not include the removal of funds for the program. Although H.R. 2764 was an appropriation bill and could only cut funds for the lottery during one fiscal year, this was the first time that both the House and the Senate passed a bill to halt the Diversity Visa program H.R. 2764.

Having stated that it has become very apparent to me that politics – money, privileges, honor, working history, and the mere fact that someone “made it” has an imminent role in receiving one’s wish.

Furthermore, after years of scholarship, I have come to believe that it is not really a matter of what the general public wants or needs, simply because there are too many crybabies, obstructionists, and people who do not want any sovereignty for the USA -period!

As I mentioned in yesterday’s article, historians estimate that fewer than 1 million immigrants moved to the United States from Europe between 1600 and 1799. By comparison, in the first federal census, in 1790, the population of the United States was enumerated to be 3,929,214. Okay then, here is an error of some three million or more immigrants. Second point, how accurate are our books today? There must be some accountability here!                                                                                                         

In 1875, the nation passed its first immigration law that mentioned the “desirability” of the individual involved during the immigration phases of the US. The Page Act of 1875 was the first act wherein a person who had convicted of a crime in their own country was not allowed into our country. I want to know the following: Why isn’t this even mentioned anymore in the offering documents?

Of the third part, it is my emphatic belief that the people of this nation want something done. With people carrying around the tag of DACA or DAPA rioting in the streets and making noise about the US ICE organization and literally closing down its facility for business, I believe the people of the USA are tired of it!
