This is really Irritating and starting to Infuriate me!

BBD1GQyWhat is it with all of the “Pride” hoopla going on in various cities especially New York City with all of the marching, some protesting, flying colors, coming out, and above all the world leaders just had to announce they are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transsexual, and Queer.

Just as NYC Pride festivities got underway on Sunday, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo had some timely news to announce: The artist Anthony Goicolea had been chosen to design the first official monument for those LGBTQ’s to be commissioned by the State of New York.

However, this is perhaps celebratory, yet at the same time, I feel it causes a substantial confusion to the frivolities. The parade started under way on June 14, 2017, and goes by, “Gays Against Guns” organized a rally and march in New York City’s West Village, starting at The Stonewall Inn on June 14, 2017; in memory of Gilbert Baker, creator of the Rainbow Flag, the international symbol of LGBTQ…

Therefore, as of Sunday, June 25, 2017, Andrew Cuomo is announcing that the artist Anthony Goicolea had been chosen to design the first official monument.BBDb9Vr

Anyway, it seems as though the politicians (and please don’t forget that!) are making the most of this parade by sticking their heads and the state’s funds into it as well.

But the main festivities seem to be running all the distance from June 23 to July 2, 2017, as World Pride 2017 runs from June 23 to July 2 and coincides with worldwide celebrations of June as Pride Month. Cities around the globe host their own festivities, which often feature parades and performances.

But while the issue of LGBT rights continues to gain attention as a highly politicized matter around the globe, few openly LGBT people have held leadership positions as heads of state.

Here’s a look at those who have made history: 1-Jóhanna Sigurdardóttir, Iceland; 2-Elio Di Rupo, Belgium; 3-Xavier Bettel, Luxembourg; 4-Leo Varadkar, Ireland, and the latest, 5-Ana Brnabic, Serbia. So, I would say “it’s okay now Hillary.”

Quite openly I do not nor will I ever have the right to tell someone who they can marry or be involved with. However, between reverse-racism and now a let’s tell the world and celebrate it, I believe that is just a bit of reverse-discrimination.
