COMP. TO IMMIGRATION REFORM
So knowing that REFORM is to put something together or to change it into an improved form of condition. Basically to reform means the improvement or amendment of what is wrong, corrupt, unsatisfactory or unacceptable.
And as we stated in yesterday’s article that by adding additional words that mean the same thing we could use to improve, restructure, develop, revolutionize, by rearranging that which is unsatisfactory or unacceptable.
Therefore from the North American perspective the first, absolutely essential act of kindness that could possibly be offered is to clear out an unqualified leadership administration that definitely includes corruption, unacceptable standards and reckless disregard for the laws of this land which would begin to improve, restructure, and revolutionize the American way back to America.
Essentially what is happening in the U.S.A. is a matter of happenstance. Every undocumented and/or illegal immigrant who is now made an investment for their own personal gain is endangering that portion of their wealth to the unqualified administration. Allow us to present some data.
It is only by happenstance and good luck that an undocumented immigrant would by the law of the United States of America be able to purchase the property without proper documentation. Moreover, for the younger generation — such as the Millennial generation, or those who look forward to attending college here, consider the following — the DREAM Act, the initial act has been defeated nothing less than five times in the current legislative form that it currently is in.
The same applies to state’s that allow an “illegal immigrant” to pay in-state tuition. It is a little risky and a bit of trustworthiness when one is literally giving over their livelihood to a group of individuals who have other things on their minds than your welfare.
All one needs to do is look at the tracking of a bill which is a courtesy of Thomas’ Library, also known as the Library of Congress making sure to follow the links relative to Government, Politics, and Laws to see what an actual bill looks like and what phase it is in toward being offered again, or determining what parts of it will need to be altered before it ever sees the light of day or gets moving toward Committee.
All things being equal every bit of President Obama’s shenanigans’ and tactics when put before the eyes of the Supreme Court or even better the full vote of the America people could be overturned or declared null and void inasmuch as he went against standard operating law that is directly in the U.S. Constitution as well as not allowing Congress to put the bill together.
Therefore, it is not really a function of REFORM to begin with legalized chain migration, allowing the DREAM Act, making any policies with the naturalization, that is the citizenship or resident status of an unauthorized immigrant. We at The Contemplative Thinker do not disparage any new or older in status illegal immigrant.
However we do have some difficulties with the way the President and his minions have been parading around making promises to those who want to believe him. It is offensive to an American (most who are not involved) to see people who by law are not supposed to be here demanding the rights to entitlements.
Along those same lines are attitudes. Going out on the 5th of May (Cinco de Mayo) and celebrating the independence day of Mexico while not willfully allowing those non-Hispanic Caucasians from celebrating also is ridiculous. It would be very much like forbidding a Hispanic person the right to celebrate on the 4th of July.
So when rubber hits the road we have been advocating the take it slow people because we firmly believe that if one were to take those amenities already bestowed upon them and one may still be in their waiting period (5 years) one may be pleasantly surprised at what changes can be made when there is no hostility or violence.
