Have you ever gone around shirking any kind of resemblance to a quiz, test, or other big jargon like an exam when it comes down to what it is that we know in and from the U.S. Constitution? So many of us simply take it for granted that the Constitution is really the preamble “We the People”, in conjunction with those first ten or so amendments. Believe it or not, that is remarkably what it states about the importance of Americans Founding Documents for the Naturalization Test or basically any of the websites that offer quizzes.

As far as we are concerned there are three rudimentary questions that must be addressed if we are to survive as a people – a nation.

1 – Why is America so unique in world history; 2 – Why the Constitution (and the underlying principles on which it is based) enabled America to become the freest, most prosperous nation in history; and 3 – Why the key to making America great again is to restore the Constitution as the supreme law of the land.

To do this, “We the People” must elect a government that will respect rather than violate or ignore the Constitution. Subsequently the only way to make this happen is if the American people learn about and understand the Constitution, and it underlying principles of individual rights and limited government.

There are many, many sites available that will openly encourage each of us to take a small quiz. The Pew Research Center, the International Scholastic Institute, and of course, the Naturalization Test that regardless we ask each of you to at least take a look at what real dumbing-down is and consequently grade inflation.

There are many institutions that actively teach the Principles of the Constitution as well as American heritage which are so critical to preserving liberty in America.

We are fully convinced that the only way to counter the assault on the Constitution and to restore liberty in America is to educate American citizens and our elected leaders on the Constitution and its underlying principles.

There is a reason that the Founders debated and went through the ratification process to ensure we had a Constitution. The principle reason is that the Constitution does not allow the government to do what it wants – a reason that it established a federal government with specific, enumerated powers. That reason is to ensure that the federal government does what it must to preserve liberty, and does not become tyrannical.

The Constitution does not authorize Congress to create the massive bureaucracy today that results in a fourth branch of government. And with the passage and enactment of Obamacare, that branch will grow even larger.

The Founders understood the need for a Constitution to limit the power of the federal government to protect civil and religious liberty. It is well-known today that if our political leaders actually followed the Constitution, one estimate suggests that the federal government would be about one-third the size it is now.

Furthermore, most of the day-to-day governing in America would take place at the state and local level. Instead our leaders are ignoring or actively opposing the limits on government established by the Constitution, literally enslaving future generations with unsustainable debt.

Unfortunately, far too many Americans today don’t even know what the Constitution says – which is why America is in such dire straits. Most Americans have never even read our Declaration of Independence, which sets forth the principles of liberty and limited government more clearly than any document ever written.

Are we indeed facing tyranny? Predicated upon the definitions of tyranny there can be no doubt whatsoever that we have a tyrannical top-heavy government – that uses as its medium of control is the cruel use of power.

Consequently, since Barack Obama took office he has espoused oppressive government – C.E.O. wages and pension plans, or severance pay and bonuses, including every public or private company in the United States. Well one may ask how anyone would be privy to that information. We respond by saying anyone with access to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a way of finding out who’s making what from date to date.

Our point is as a matter of just looking at the current obstructions – Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate, and perhaps the most egregious, AP-gate we find these obstructions a cruel and oppressive act especially by one committed to wielding great power – like the president.

Now overall since this man and his fellow corrupt-o-crats have laid siege on Washington D.C., hence the world, let’s look at some of his maneuvering. Asserting a dictatorship by not consulting Congress in matters regarding immigration reform which he took upon himself through the old fashioned way – the back door is about as sorry as anyone can aspire to be.

It is our posture that this man does not have the necessary constructs to even be a member of humankind. Here we speak of dimensions of the soul – conscience, ethics, and his constant acts of domination that instills despotism in our fellow Americans.

When one looks at the dossier of what has occurred on this man’s watch it could stand before any other U.S. leader. The green energy scandals, the Welfare Reform Act through his totalitarian justice system are ridiculous. Giving away Benefit Cards for food stamps and other sundries, and lest we forget green cards for all the incoming dreamers and illegal’s.

But wait…this is the same man who developed and shoved Obamacare down the throats when over 70 percent of Americans said no. In our attempt by publishing the “ Didn’t know” list in combination with Fast & Furious, Benghazi-gate, Obamacare, free i Phones, his own Secret Service mess in Colombia, as well as AP-gate we believe that this individual has a lot to be held accountable for and to whom.

The White House on Wednesday released 94 pages of emails between top administration and intelligence officials who helped shape the talking points about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that the CIA would provide to policymakers in both the legislative and executive branches.

The documents, first reported by THE WEEKLY STANDARD in articles here and here, directly contradict claims by White House press secretary Jay Carney and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that the revisions of those talking points were driven by the intelligence community and show heavy input from top Obama administration officials, particularly those at the State Department.

The Appalling Gaul of Some People

Eric Holder lashed out at his chief antagonist Wednesday at a congressional hearing where the attorney general was questioned on recent administration scandals, telling Republican Rep. Darrell Issa at the end of a tense exchange that his conduct is “shameful.”

Holder’s comments came after Issa accused him of purposely and repeatedly keeping information from Congress. Now let’s all ask ourselves…does AG Eric Holder purposely keep information from Congress?

Any sound and logical person, knowing the history of Eric Holder’s visits to the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Committee on Ethics and Responsibility, and now the House Judiciary Committee investigating Holder’s involvement with why he called the FBI and other DOJ personnel off of the Boston Marathon bomber; there’s a key here folks – Eric Holder has been found in Contempt predicated upon is dragging feet with the Fast & Furious investigation.

“No, that’s what you typically do,” Holder responded. Following crosstalk, Holder added, “That is inappropriate and is too consistent with the way in which you conduct yourself as a member of Congress. It’s unacceptable and it’s shameful.”

The heated exchange with the lawmaker who led the charge against Holder regarding the botched Operation Fast and Furious came during a House Judiciary Committee hearing that examined a new set of scandals. Holder was grilled on a series of allegations, including the way the agency tried to find out who was behind a government leak to The Associated Press.

The AP, along with several lawmakers, say the Justice Department infringed on the constitutional rights of the press when it secretly obtained two months’ worth of phone records. Lawmakers tried to get answers out of Holder Wednesday but voiced frustration after Holder repeatedly rebuffed questions by claiming he wasn’t involved in the decision-making process.

This brings us to a portion that speaks volumes about the entire Obama administration. How often have we, as America citizens seen the usurping and unreasonable attacks on our rights by this over sized and pathetic government?

What can you say about an administration that uses the Internal Revenue Service to go after its political foes?

What can you say about an administration that lies systematically about events leading up to the torture-murder of one of its ambassadors, U.S. military personnel and other U.S. citizens in Benghazi?

That can you say about an administration that uses drones to spy on its own citizens and to kill them overseas without due process. Has there ever been a time in the history of the U.S. where anyone remotely had domination complex?

What can you say about an administration that monitors the phone records of the largest news-gathering organization in the world – and one of the friendliest to that administration?

The only fair assessment is that it is a rogue administration. One that represents a frightening departure from any previous historical precedent in its authoritarian nature, one out of touch with the rule of law, one that is revealing itself to be prone to tyrannical policies and one that has committed so many impeachable offenses it’s becoming difficult to count them all.

Almost on a daily basis now the police-state tactics of the Obama White House are on display. They no longer need to be ferreted out by a handful of independent journalists and the citizen blogosphere. Even the Big Media that have coddled Barack Obama and shielded him from scrutiny for nearly five years are shocked by what they see. (Please see this link.)

The latest abuse was revealed by the Associated Press – which was also the victim.

The lead says it all: “WASHINGTON (AP) – The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of…

The shocking report goes on to explain both work and personal phone records were seized and scrutinized.

“In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012,” the report continued. “The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.”

AP is, of course, outraged – and today sent a letter of protest to Attorney General Eric Holder, who, I predict, will not finish out his term in office.

“There can be no possible justification for such an over-broad collection of the telephone communications of the Associated Press and its reporters,” said the letter. “These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the news-gathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s news-gathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” wrote AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt.

Obama rose to power suddenly and, with the help of friendly media like the AP, was unstoppable in his bid for a second term. But he may be the cause of his own political undoing. Nobody likes what they are seeing in Washington today – not the left nor the right nor the mushy middle, not the so-called “mainstream media” nor its burgeoning alternative, not conservative legal watchdogs nor the American Civil Liberties Union.

The Obama administration is running out of cheerleaders.

This is big.

It’s a game-changer.

Obama is fighting off too many scandals – Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate and now Press-gate.

If this were almost any other president in American history, he would already be writing his resignation letter.

We have an overwhelming need to express our guts in this issue of The Contemplative Thinker. We of course demand the utmost of civility, decorum, with seasonings of politics tossed rather heavily into our writing concoction.

No one can possibly imagine what being a international whistle-blower is like until we have at least walked in those shoes. Could you imagine what Bob Woodward and Bernie Goldstein as young reporters covering one of the largest political scandals up to that time in history.

I, on the other hand, share a great deal with my colleagues here – especially when it comes down to the complete utter disregard for the very lives of those who have served you. Just look below or go to ‘categories’ and select Benghazi-Gate or Benghazi-gate inasmuch as we have tried to keep abreast of the reports and especially the people involved therein.

This very much brings to my mind a quote by the Father of the Constitution, Pres. James Madison:

“I believe there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachments of those in power, than by violent and sudden usurpation’s” – James Madison

Barack Obama told the American people that before he went to sleep on the night of the Benghazi terrorist attack (while the attack was still ongoing) he authorized the use of all available resources to help get the situation under control.

During his testimony on the attack Leon Panetta admitted that after he informed Barack Obama of the attack at hie pre-scheduled 5:00 meeting on September 11th that he didn’t speak to the president again that night.

So where Barack Obama was that night and what was he doing that was so important he never called in to see what was going on? The White House isn’t saying:

“On Friday morning, CNSNews.com called the White House press office to inquire about where President Obama was, what he was doing, and who he was communicating with, after 5:30 p.m. on the night of Sept. 11, 2012. At 10:29 a.m. on Friday, CNSNews.com followed up by emailing questions to the White House press office.

On Friday afternoon, CNSNews.com additionally followed up by calling the White House National Security Council press office and also emailing that office the questions. CNSNews.com also followed up on Friday afternoon by again calling the White House Press Office and emailing the questions again to that office.

The White House press office Monday morning confirmed receiving the questions but did not have a timetable for when it could provide answers.

We know that Barack Obama had what he considered to be more important things on his mind, namely the fundraiser he had to attend the next day, and it has been rumored that he simply went to bed during the attack to prepare for his busy day on September 12th. We deserve to know if this is the truth because all that we know at this point is that Barack Obama seemed uninterested in the attack which killed Chris Stevens, Glenn Doherty, Sean Smith, and Tyrone Woods and to me that is a dereliction of duty.

Now we have learned from whistle-blower Gregg Hicks that a special operations force in Tripoli were preparing to fly into Benghazi but were ordered to stand down:

“Hicks also reported that SOCAFRICA commander Lt. Col. Gibson and his team were prepared to board a C130 from Tripoli before the attack on the Benghazi annex. Gibson received a call saying, “you can’t go now, you don’t have the authority to go now.’ And so they missed the flight … They were told not to board the flight, so they missed it.”

If this special ops unit was allowed to precede it is likely that Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods would be alive today so the question is; did Barack Obama actually order all available resources to be used to stop the attack or was his order disobeyed? Personally, I find it hard to believe anyone disobeyed a direct order from the commander-in-chief, if they had they would have been held accountable because it would have given Barack Obama the “out” he so desperately needs at this point. I don’t think the order was ever given.

There is an absolute plethora of information now that the whistle blowers are allowed to speak. Until next time…

What kind of Progress Report is this..?

Immediately after Speaker Boehner released his ‘Progress Report’ on Benghazi, another 13 Republicans bolted from House Leaders to cosponsor the Benghazi Committee.

If that isn’t an embarrassing ‘Vote of No Confidence’, I don’t know what is! What’s worse, Boehner’s ‘Progress Report’ dismissed in one slim paragraph the most egregious question underlying ‘Benghazi-Gate.’

We cannot be certain however the stance, position, and overall effectiveness of Speaker Boehner – as far as leadership is concerned – is definitely lacking if asserted at all.

America’s Question: Who ordered the military to deny help to four fellow Americans – then abandoned those men to slaughter at the hands of wicked, bloodthirsty Radicalized Islamic terrorists? Who gave the order? There are a multitude of issues that went wrong during the siege on our Embassy.

We believe that the American public has a right to know what happened, why it happened, and at whose watch it occurred on. It absolutely makes this writer and our staff sick to Kingdom come when we hear “The 3am Phone Call” that was played during Hillary Clinton’s campaign for president.

The ongoing events ex post facto or after the fact to this day make us simmering with anger over untold truths and the notion of fabrications; however, in lieu of all of this rubbish President Obama, still hasn’t taken one bit of accountability for this insane act of Islamic radicalism.

We guess he had far too important businesses to tend to in Las Vegas Nevada the following night to even bother himself with four American lives crusted to an end including a US ambassador and some Navy Seals.

Even worse is that the US AG Eric Holder proffered nothing in the way of securing the crime scene or even sending the FBI – allegedly the best forensic scientists – in the world until weeks after those tragic events occurred.

Therefore us to this point we have identified the Secretary for the State Department, the President of the USA, as well as the attorney general for the US – who is the highest ranking law enforcement official in the country. Yep, that’s right – the only person who can bring charges against the POTUS is the person appointed by nobody else than the president.

Boehner’s ‘Progress Report’ Answers: ‘No U.S. government element refused or denied requests for emergency assistance during the crisis.’

Is this the best they have? What a croc! No wonder 13 more Republicans bolted after this ‘nothing-burger’ of a ‘Report’!

Speaker Boehner needs to immediately appoint a House Select Committee to focus like a laser beam on Benghazi — not another 7-months of pussyfooting around!

Now for the ‘rubber hits the road’ portion of this writing. Why or what on earth do the leaders of this nation have to hide that is so overwhelming that everything had to be heard after the campaign for reelection; so much indeed that another member of the elitist group had a series of head and mental issues that kept her from testifying.

Now the lying about ‘forced retirement’ of State department officials when in fact, they might have switched offices has to stop.

In other matters there are some interesting parallels being drawn between the absolute failure of Obamacare and this new proposed legislation from the Gang of Eight regarding immigration reform. As the country continues to reel over the attacks in Boston last week, some in Washington quickly looked for ways to use the attacks to justify their political goals on border security and immigration reform. So what’s new, eh?

On both sides of the aisle, politicians and commentators were quick to assert that the fact that the two suspected bombers were immigrants was reason enough to call for changes to everything, from border security and stricter background checks to amnesty.

Republican and Democratic members of the Senate group that constructed the immigration proposal said the Boston bombings don’t provide a reason to delay action on the bill. Who are they trying to kid? It is getting far more obvious that both members of the Senate and of the House are clearly not in touch with real world activities.

What is it going to take to wake these older-farts up and see reality? Given their dispositions in life (age, wealth, greed) this entire issue of “a bill” is just plain nonsensical.

Border security will again be a central theme today when Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is scheduled to testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Although in several articles we have espoused that there should not be any dissention whatsoever. We were promised a completed fence with all accoutrements (bells and whistles) during the 110th Congress to be done before reform measures were even considered.

At a seven-hour hearing Monday, several Republican senators and immigration experts said the April 15 bombings, which killed three people, injured and maimed hundreds more showed a need for stronger border control and stricter background checks for illegal immigrants who could seek citizenship under the plan.

As always, the best way to prevent attacks is to make sure our intelligence and law enforcement have the tools they need to stop terrorists long before the public is in danger. Tragically, this was not the case in Boston—an unfortunate reminder of the fact that no matter how good our counterterrorism efforts are, we will never be able to stop every threat. However, it does not have to be this way.

The following are a few quotes from those involved…but you wouldn’t know it.

“This legislation tightens our borders, increases security,” McCain said. “We track people who leave this country as well as those who come in. Do we want 11 million people forever out there somewhere in America, where we don’t have any idea of what they are doing, and who they are? I don’t think so.”

Democratic Senator Charles Schumer of New York, who is in the bipartisan group that proposed the plan, said the attacks should not be used “as an excuse for not doing a bill or delaying it.”

“If there are flaws in our immigration system that were exposed by the attack in Boston, any immigration reform passed by Congress this year should address those flaws,” Rubio, a potential 2016 presidential candidate, said in a statement. “Congress needs time to conduct more hearings and investigate how our immigration and national security systems could be improved going forward.”

Senator Rand Paul, a Kentucky Republican, in a letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, said, “we should not proceed” on immigration legislation until lawmakers understand how the U.S. allowed the bombing suspects to immigrate from “an area known as a hotbed of Islamic extremism.”

Senator Grassley (R-IA) is among a number of Republican lawmakers demanding changes to the immigration proposal after authorities identified two ethnic Chechens who legally immigrated to the U.S. as suspects in the Boston bombings.

The criminal background checks that would be required before undocumented immigrants already in the U.S. could become citizens are “insufficient to prevent a terrorist from getting amnesty,” Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach said at yesterday’s hearing. About 11 million undocumented immigrants are in the U.S.

The immigration measure would increase the “mathematical likelihood” that an attack similar to the one in Boston would occur “on a greater scale,” said Kobach, a Republican.

Why is the Gang of Eight rushing to get more laws on the books? Either simple, most of them want some kind of legacy or more to the point – their clocks are up both as elected officials as well as life itself. That is one such issue. Furthermore, it is more than obvious that these folks want nothing to do with security, an efficient immigration system, checks, and balances, real reform, and the matter of amnesty is simply ludicrous as it now stands.  More specific and detailed information coming tomorrow…

 

Boys Scouts of America is proposing to lift the ban

Under pressure over its longstanding ban on gays, the Boys Scouts of America is proposing to lift the ban for youth members but continue to exclude gays as adult leaders.

In a controversial resolution released on Friday, the group proposed lifting its ban on gay scouts–a significant shift in policy for one of the nation’s largest and most prominent youth development institutions–while still maintaining its current position excluding gay adults as potential leaders. If approved, the policy would take effect on Jan. 1, 2014.

“No youth may be denied membership in the Boy Scouts of America on the basis of sexual orientation or preference alone,” read the proposal released on Friday by the Boy Scouts of America, whose roughly 1,400 National Council members plan to vote on the change at a meeting next month. But as for its adult leadership standards, the organization will “not grant membership to individuals who are open or avowed homosexuals, or who engage in behavior that would become a distraction to the mission of the BSA.”

The Scouts’ policy shift, which aims to strike a middle ground between positions held by gay rights advocates and those of its more conservative sponsors, immediately drew fire from LGBT advocates, who argued that the proposal did not go far enough.

We find that this is thoroughly constant behavior on the part of LGBTQ advocacy groups. Unfortunately, these groups as well as “immigration amnesty groups” and just about everything American about the nation, not matter how one is ruled – that ruling will never be enough for these types.

Just a bit more from the advocacy groups:

“Until every parent and young person have the same opportunity to serve, the Boy Scouts will continue to see a decline in both membership and donations,” said Rich Ferraro, a spokesman for the gay-rights watchdog group GLAAD.

Chad Griffin, president of the Human Rights Campaign, voiced similar disappointment: ”What message does this resolution send to the gay Eagle Scout who, as an adult, wants to continue a lifetime of Scouting by becoming a troop leader?” he said.

On the other side, the Scouts’ proposal of inclusion (however incomplete) could run the risk of alienating its conservative supporters, such as the Mormon Church and the Roman Catholic Church, which together sponsor groups enrolling about one-fourth of all scouts.

We begin to wonder how much capital any single LGBTQ organization has put into this youth organization. Despite what gay-rights advocacy groups would want anyone to believe, the fact remains they just don’t conduct business and/or organizational activities fair.

Trying to do any legitimate negotiating or business with any of the LGBTQ supporters is fruitlessly inconvenient. Now that they have infiltrated our military, churches, schools, and the Boy Scouts of America; let us not forget their actions on same-sex marriage, DOMA, to the point of conspiring against Elaine Huguenin, what’s the point anymore?

The point is folks — America by definition is a Judeo-Christian aligned nation. Even after all of the founding fathers quotes, logical arguments, people are still falling for the lazy way out of “acceptance and tolerance.” James Madison would be a real mess because of a little faction of America who continues to want, want, and want…

 

 

Proposal from Gang of Eight – Immigration Reform – Page 2

Here is what the Gang of Eight is proposing to the Senate members. Do you know that feeling when you realize that something needs to be pointed-out so as not to repeat our lessons of the past? Being a gentlemen, all we have to say on this matter of Comprehensive Immigration Reform as brought to the Senate first then the American people is nothing more than what has been tried before. And keeping with the goose-stepping government we believe, that this is the best they can do – hapless and hopeless.

This is but an extension on the entire proposal. In yesterdays submission we had a space allocation of approximately 700 words. What we’ve done is broken this proposal down with a human side asking questions and offering suggestions to better this proposal.

LEGALIZATION OF UNDOCUMENTED RESIDENTS

* Foreigners living in the United States illegally could apply to adjust their status to “registered provisional immigrant (RPI) status” within 180 days after enactment, provided the secretary of Homeland Security submits to Congress a strategy for securing U.S. borders. From our understanding as far back as 2006 a secure border has been promised and paid for…just not completed.

* Only those who arrived in the United States before December 31, 2011 could apply and they would have to pay a $500 fee and back taxes. Those convicted of felonies or three or more misdemeanors would not be eligible.

* Immigrants who win RPI status could work for any employer and would be allowed to travel outside the United States. How does a person win RPI status?
* RPI status would last for six years and can be renewed.

* After 10 years, those with RPI status can adjust to a permanent resident status if they are working regularly and speak English. Permanent residents are among those who under current law may apply for citizenship. This is perhaps the best place to start the “English Skills” of the new immigrant. Regular people who are to talk with these individuals on a daily basis.

* Two groups would be put on a faster track to permanent resident status: children brought into the United States illegally and certain farm workers. They could get “green cards” in five years. The children would be eligible for citizenship immediately after getting green cards. (Ridiculous!)

FUTURE IMMIGRATION

* About 40 percent of employment-based visas would be allocated to professionals with advanced degrees to work in the United States in the sciences, arts and other professions, including certain people with foreign medical degrees. Those holding graduate degrees in engineering, mathematics, science, and technology from U.S. universities also would be included.

* Employment visas for skilled workers and certain professionals would be increased to 40 percent of the total. And a new visa would be created for foreign entrepreneurs who want to start their own companies in the United States.

* The “V visa” would be expanded to help unify families by allowing foreign relatives to live in the United States and for certain other family members to visit the United States for up to 60 days per year.

* Immigrant visas for siblings of U.S. citizens would be repealed 18 months after the date of enactment.

* A backlog for family and employment-based immigrants would be eliminated.

* A merit-based visa would be created the fifth year after enactment and would award points to individuals based on education, employment, length of residence in the United States and other considerations. There would be 120,000 such visas available annually, with the number rising by 5 percent per year if demand exceeds supply and the U.S. jobless rate is below 8.5 percent. It would be capped at 250,000 visas.

OTHER PROVISIONS

* Employers would have to use an “E-Verify” system to ensure that they are hiring legal workers. It would be phased in over a five-year period.

* The cap on H-1B temporary visas for high-skilled workers would be raised to 110,000 from a current base limit of 65,000. In future years the cap could rise to as high as 180,000.

* A new “W-Visa” for low-skilled workers would be created and spouses and minor children of those workers would be allowed to accompany them to the United States. The number of visas would be capped for the first four years at 20,000, 35,000, 55,000, and 75,000 respectively.

* A new government bureau would determine changes to limits on such visas and devise methods for determining domestic labor shortages in regions.

* Wages for low-skilled immigrant workers would be dictated by either the wage paid to other employees with similar experience or based on a prevailing wage level for occupations in geographic regions, whichever is higher.

* Current undocumented farm workers would be able to win legal status if they have made a “substantial prior commitment” to farm work in the United States. A new agricultural guest worker visa program would be created to ensure an adequate workforce.

As for our consideration of this not so qualified “Proposal” it is but a waste of time and effort and we expect far more from Senator’s than this rubbish.

 

 

“Rally for Citizenship” or Pro-Amnesty Rally

As many readers already know and for those who don’t know – this weekend of April 12 to 14th 2013 has been designated as a “Pro-Amnesty Rally” gathering in the nation’s capitol of Washington D.C.

Pro-amnesty groups are holding a demonstration in Washington, D.C. today on the anniversary of the 2006 march-on, which brought out over 200,000 people. Organizers expect a much smaller crowd for today’s demonstration, which is dubbed the “Rally for Citizenship” or the “Time is Now Rally.”

Just as all demonstrations or protests are concerned a horrendous amount of folks representing just about every sector of American’s sociological culture from Evangelical Christians, Catholics (religious), university and smaller colleges (student and academia minded), to speeches from illegal-alien advocates, labor leaders, religious leaders and Members of Congress. NAACP President Benjamin Jealous will deliver the keynote address.

Due to backlogs in processing of removal cases in U.S. immigration courts, people apprehended at work or home and handed over to Mexican authorities in 2010 might have been captured during enforcement actions in prior years. This information gets us to wondering, why and how is it so easy for those apprehended getting back into the United States?

According to some sources, in recent years immigration courts spent about a year to complete cases involving Mexican nationals. In addition, the increased share of migrants apprehended at home or work might reflect reduced arrivals of Mexican immigrants and the lower number of apprehensions at the border.

Indeed the group of people monitoring the activities of illegal aliens are known as Numbers-USA which is either a free information website or as we have done become members with the organization which allows for better perks and up to the minute decisions about what is now the dreaded immigration reform movement.

Without Numbers-USA we all feel that our own government would not attend to these matters without help, coordination, and effort from this organization.

So mark this down as my own personal “Shadow Confession” whereas on this date of April 14, 2013 I affirm that I do not feel represented by my Congressional officials, or the POTUS, Barack Obama, including other executive branch members such as DHS, USCIS, USCIS, as well as the Justice Department (DOJ).

These individuals have time and time again ignored viable information (What the American People Want) as opposed to the attitude of “Hey, let’s get this one out of our hair and razes.”

We have a collection of videos gathered from this “Time is Now Rally” and if you’ve ever quipped over that Roving Reporter or one the “On the streets of America” questions asked by late night television elites to show just how stupid American’s on the whole have become – we think you will enjoy this.

I was able to watch the beginning and the first 1:39 segment of the video. There were two examples made by individuals – regardless of their citizenship that we feel is wrong. Not only is their justification wrong – it is a wonder if Obama, the Gang of Eight, or especially agencies within the DHS that we feel are not being represented properly.

Our first example is the real no-brainer statement made in relation to freedom. What that person is espousing has nothing whatsoever to do with the freedom or liberty framed and set forth by America’s founders. But you don’t need me telling you that.

The second example comes from the woman concerning “America isn’t a place; America is a dream, and America is a concept” that look as though they came off of some kind of special interest group made hand-out.
