Now if you don’t mind just because it’s Friday and all of us do have some issues we’d like, or better still, be honored to discuss with you. First this President and the sobering affects he literally used to swindle the swindler’s. Second, how about an expose on voting? And taking the more realistic turn, third let’s take a look at the NAACP.

Can we come to a consensus about how Barack Obama used those who’s who of Hollywood to either be linked-up with the Fabricator-of-Filth or dare I say, used for their mutually gained “I’m cool and so are you” belongingness.

I remember as though it was yesterday the weeks that were for photo opts only and then who would come to their Facebook page and actually support the bull squat not only what he’d already done…nah, these opts were for do me twice – Obama Two.

I literally thought some of my quasi-acquaintances, quasi-celeb-friends, and some of the “Elites” would never have stood to do what they did and glowingly autographed the photographs with each one either in the East Room, or lounging a bit in the Blue Room, or trying to be cool somewhere near the South Portico. How do they each feel now?

Iranian authorities on Tuesday announced the approval of eight candidates who will be allowed to compete in the June 14 presidential election. The Guardian Council, which vetted the candidates, made sure that Iran’s next president will be a pliable servant of the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Six of the eight remaining presidential candidates are closely linked to the Supreme Leader. The frontrunner appears to be Saeed Jalili, a longtime adviser to Khamenei who now serves as Iran’s negotiator on the nuclear issue. Jalili is an uncompromising revolutionary who lost a leg in the Iran–Iraq war. A western diplomat noted that Jalili “specializes in monologue”—not dialogue.
Other prominent hard-line candidates include Tehran Mayor Mohammad Qalibaf, former Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Velayati, and former Revolutionary Guard commander Mohsen Rezai.

Two centrists were also allowed to run: Hassan Rowhani, an ally of Rafsanjani, and Mohammad Reza Aref, who served as vice president under former President Mohammad Khatami. Both of them will be sure to mute their criticism of the hard-line establishment candidates. After all, Mir Hossain Mousavi and Mehdi Karoubi, reformist candidates who protested the 2009 rigged elections, are still under house arrest.

The election will have little impact on the issues that Washington is most concerned about: Iran’s nuclear program, terrorism, and hostile foreign policy. All of these policies are set by the Supreme Leader, who has the final say on all important issues in Iran.

Khamenei also controls the election process, as has been made clear once again this week. Six of the eight presidential contenders are closely associated with him. Iran’s next president will be determined far more by his selection than through a genuine election.

Remember when the Congressional Black Caucus was all over the Republicans “suppressing” the minority vote? Looks like they were the guilty party! So when Obama brought in the UN to “monitor” our elections, you know what they took away from it.

They found no suppression at all, BUT they were shocked by the fact that there was no VOTER ID and questioned how the election could be fair. Go figure. A little side note; Soros just dropped another million on the NAACP to gear up for 2014. Someone, anyone, whomever…what is not discriminatory about a Black Caucus.

We are of the complete reasoning that this Lois Lerner of the Cincinnati bureau of the IRS, just as with her other colleagues, Douglas Shulman and disgraced former Acting IRS Commissioner Steven Miller, and hell Lenny and Squiggy, have been used by the Obama Administration’s well-acknowledged threats of what is referred to as Obama’s culture of intimidation. Interestingly, both said that what the IRS really needs are more people and money to function properly.

With new reports today that the Obama Department of Justice leaked documents intended to smear a whistle blower in the Fast & Furious gun walking scandal. It is now more obvious than ever that this administration has, in the words of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), created a “culture of intimidation” that stretches from the White House down to myriad agencies of the executive branch.

From his language suggesting targeting of enemies to his officials’ attempts to castigate Tea Partiers as economic terrorists, President Obama has presided over an administration that sees his political opponents as unworthy and nasty.

Early in his administration, Obama threatened CEOs of banks, “My administration is the only thing between you and the pitchforks.” The White House’s regular meetings with non-profit hit group Media Matters are often designed to help target conservative media ranging from Fox News to Rush Limbaugh.

Department of Justice Inspector General, showing that former US Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke leaked documents intended to smear a whistle blower in Fast & Furious, is only the latest revelation on misconduct from DOJ. The DOJ has also targeted Fox News reporter James Rosen over leaks from State Department employee Stephen Jin-Woo Kim; according to Megyn Kelly, and two Fox News staffers.

The IRS’ discrimination against conservative non-profit groups has stunned Americans, but conservatives have known for years that the Obama IRS targets conservatives. Yes…but consider this and the ramifications – the POTUS uses his culture of intimidation techniques that therefore creates entire agencies within his purview to do unquestionably unconstitutional issues with you at the helm.

In a close review of Breitbart’s Big Government site, Mr. Ben Shapiro, goes to extraordinary lengths to show how encompassing Obama’s Culture of Intimidation is in reality and he lists the agencies here. 

As young men, moreover as boys, most of us are taught this little cliché: It may take a long time, even a lifetime to build trust; however, it only takes seconds or minutes to watch it crumble.

We can question and question and subpoena as many people possible; yet, in the final analysis the buck will always stop on President Obama.

I will readily admit that in my experience there has never been such excrement – literally feces, dung, and various other remnant parts – floating around a Ringmaster and his Court we refer to as an executive branch of government.

The hilarious oddity given this situation is that either it will be very hard to seize the orchestrating culprits if for no other reason than “We the People” seem to buy what the latest flavor of dung is – or the most monumental excuses are proffered enough for everyone in the world to see the U.S. as complete and utterly incompetent.

And we will be taking challenges for the following two weeks if there is anyone out there who has seen or experienced factions within a government that this one under the leadership of Barack (Barry) Obama (Sotero) and the stupid people who are falling on their swords by the minute…moreover, by the scandal and in doing so what has been lost…nothing!

I really do apologize on behalf of The Contemplative Thinker as well as those who work here that have to put up with me. I beg your apologies my dear readers if it seems as though I am coming undone. Allow me to preempt some thoughts…

Currently we have in the United States investigations going on like parties; subsequently, for goodness sakes people ask yourselves this question: Are we investigating the right people for alleged crimes they’ve committed. If there is anything that we learned from Watergate it was twofold: the first part was aiming at the right person – let’s forget about the little guys and the bugger flickers; and at least President Richard Nixon had enough class to resign before the articles of impeachment were even dry.

America was set up with tolerance and a measured response to how much human nature it would take from rebellious factions. The United States were set up and anyone who is reading this should take the time to read the documentation that was used in the preparation of the guiding principles. The Declaration of Independence is one of the most astounding documents they relied on. Just a few worthy of mentions here:

The Rights of the Englishmen, just about anything from John Locke and Adam Smith, England during the Middle Ages was an officially Christian nation. Many ideas on how things should be done in law therefore had their origins in Judeo-Christian thought, from the Bible and from Christian theology.

Like it or not folks – however the fact remains that there is far too many references made throughout American history to justify otherwise. America’s social mores and constructs, counter culture analysis, and the way in which we live are the direct results of those who believed this to be true.

Therefore, as we continue to embarrass ourselves in the eyes of the world perhaps there is something that each person would be willing to contribute as a “collective article” here at The Contemplative Thinker. Okay it seems to me that approximately one year ago, or precisely April-May 2012 there was a press inundated with score sheets that Barack Obama carried with him and many people often checked to see if they were on any of “those lists.”

Now when one takes legitimate power entities such as the Associated Press International, Benghazi Libya, the Internal Revenue Service, and the State Department, Justice Department, the FBI, C.I.A., almost every intelligence agency truly known, as well as today’s ‘get back’ by Eric Holder to an AFT agent whistle-blower and hey, why not, Fast & Furious as well, the Attorney General of the United States finding newly acquired information to bring charges…this stuff is in a heap.

Different veterans need different kinds of help. Some have serious physical injuries, others have psychological wounds still others experience post-traumatic stress disorder (PPST), and others have traumatic brain injuries. Some families have been destabilized through one member’s military service.

Are you ready for this news? We hope so; subsequently if you are not prepared for the data espoused please do as we have done and contact your local Veteran’s Administration. Please understand that the following story is true.

Ike joined the Army at age 18 in 2008. In Afghanistan in 2009, he was hit by multiple bomb blasts, including one that threw him across a road like a horse-shoe. Sophisticated armor helped him escape with just bruises, but the blasts battered his brain. Ever since, he has been hit with heart spasms and seizures.

Ike is in many ways the typical modern disabled veteran. He survived combat with barely a scratch but later was diagnosed with what have become the most common wounds of a decade of war — traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorder, which together likely affect more than half a million veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan, the Department of Defense said.

What happened when he came home is increasingly typical, too. At Fort Carson, the damaged soldier racked up punishments for being late to formation, missing appointments, getting in an argument, and not  showing up for work. All of these alleged offensives are quite typical in a military environment where one is making the transition between a “war-time Army and a peace time Army.”

It only gets worse for Ike so stay with us. These behaviors can be symptoms of TBI and PTSD, and Army doctors recommended Ike go to a special battalion for wounded warriors. Instead, his battalion put him in jail, and then threw him out of the Army with an “other-than honorable discharge” that stripped him of veteran’s benefits. He was sent packing without even the medicine to stop his convulsions.

After the longest period of war in American history, more soldiers are being discharged for misconduct than at any time in recent history, and soldiers with the most combat exposure are the hardest hit. A Gazette investigation based on data obtained through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) shows the annual number of misconduct discharges is up more than 25 percent Army-wide since 2009, mirroring the rise in wounded. At the eight Army posts that house most of the service’s combat units, including Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, misconduct discharges have surged 67 percent!

All told, more than 76,000 soldiers have been kicked out of the Army since 2006. They end up in cities large and small across the country, in hospitals and homeless shelters, abandoned trailers and ratty apartments, working in gas fields and at the McDonald’s counter. The Army does not track how many, like Ike, were kicked out with combat wounds.

To us this hard-line attitude amongst the cadre to all fellow soldiers is unconscionable. This is bringing up some very painful decisions made by politicians, such as the amount of tours of duty a soldier is allowed to serve.

This sure made me start thinking when I heard a soldier interviewed about tenured service whereby he was just starting his fourth combat tour and according to him, it was to be his last. Well he did make it miraculously through two additional tours before being medically returned to the United States.

Every member of the committee besides Sen. Sessions voted against the amendment. In essence that is a vote of 1/17 or 0.058 percent of one. In order to make this completely real and accurate the Gallup results support that less than 1/100th of a penny is the favorable percentage of at least Senator Jeff Sessions’ amendment to try to improve the amounts of legal immigrants allowed within the first decade of the Eight’s legislation.

up and we have prepared and over-prepared with our information gathering and research.

The Gang of Eight’s bill would grant 33 million green cards in the first 10 years if enacted. Sen. Sessions’ amendment would reduce that number to 23 million.

However, let’s be transparent here, unlike some of those involved with government. Under current law, the U.S. would grant about 11 million green cards in the next decade, so Sen. Sessions was still offering to DOUBLE the current level, and no one went along.

How many are there of you that believe that there is a disconnect between Congressional members and the U.S. public as a whole – and not just with immigration reform – but also rather just about in all matters.

“After two weeks of “markup,” Senators have done little more than prove to the public that we critics have been right all along about what this immigration legislation would turn out to be.

As amended, this bill virtually assures that Congress will be considering demands for the next amnesty in just a few years” this was the sentiment brought forth by Roy Beck, President and founder of NumbersUSA.

During a long period of research we are not so sure that Congress’s approval rating is that so disproportionate with the American people. Additionally, we do have some (including moi) that believe that the majority of congressional officials don’t care about public policy, autonomy, and anything that resembles sovereignty.

This is an OUTRAGE! The people that some vote into office are supposed to be looking out after our best interests – insofar as our property and the rights to enjoy them. One year ago in 2012 the Congressional approval rating dropped 10 percent twice. The only other time in U.S. history that indicates such low approval rating numbers is around the middle and late 1970s.

However, it has been made abundantly clear through this website that these very people are more into the “rights taking away group,” than otherwise. Just look around you – research clearly indicates that illegal immigration is 60 percent blatantly disregarding America’s rule of law; whilst the other 40 percent is with those international students who just don’t tend to their prearranged agreements.

So as for now I am totally sickened by what wants to be considered as leadership of this nation. Folks from top to bottom, starting with our not so coveted White House that looks as though it will survive the barrage of missiles in the form of Benghazi-gate, AP Press-gate, with other assorted people who are vying for the next White House or Congressional houses still lying through their teeth first to themselves, then for whomever will listen to their chicken—sheeit.

Have you ever gone around shirking any kind of resemblance to a quiz, test, or other big jargon like an exam when it comes down to what it is that we know in and from the U.S. Constitution? So many of us simply take it for granted that the Constitution is really the preamble “We the People”, in conjunction with those first ten or so amendments. Believe it or not, that is remarkably what it states about the importance of Americans Founding Documents for the Naturalization Test or basically any of the websites that offer quizzes.

As far as we are concerned there are three rudimentary questions that must be addressed if we are to survive as a people – a nation.

1 – Why is America so unique in world history; 2 – Why the Constitution (and the underlying principles on which it is based) enabled America to become the freest, most prosperous nation in history; and 3 – Why the key to making America great again is to restore the Constitution as the supreme law of the land.

To do this, “We the People” must elect a government that will respect rather than violate or ignore the Constitution. Subsequently the only way to make this happen is if the American people learn about and understand the Constitution, and it underlying principles of individual rights and limited government.

There are many, many sites available that will openly encourage each of us to take a small quiz. The Pew Research Center, the International Scholastic Institute, and of course, the Naturalization Test that regardless we ask each of you to at least take a look at what real dumbing-down is and consequently grade inflation.

There are many institutions that actively teach the Principles of the Constitution as well as American heritage which are so critical to preserving liberty in America.

We are fully convinced that the only way to counter the assault on the Constitution and to restore liberty in America is to educate American citizens and our elected leaders on the Constitution and its underlying principles.

There is a reason that the Founders debated and went through the ratification process to ensure we had a Constitution. The principle reason is that the Constitution does not allow the government to do what it wants – a reason that it established a federal government with specific, enumerated powers. That reason is to ensure that the federal government does what it must to preserve liberty, and does not become tyrannical.

The Constitution does not authorize Congress to create the massive bureaucracy today that results in a fourth branch of government. And with the passage and enactment of Obamacare, that branch will grow even larger.

The Founders understood the need for a Constitution to limit the power of the federal government to protect civil and religious liberty. It is well-known today that if our political leaders actually followed the Constitution, one estimate suggests that the federal government would be about one-third the size it is now.

Furthermore, most of the day-to-day governing in America would take place at the state and local level. Instead our leaders are ignoring or actively opposing the limits on government established by the Constitution, literally enslaving future generations with unsustainable debt.

Unfortunately, far too many Americans today don’t even know what the Constitution says – which is why America is in such dire straits. Most Americans have never even read our Declaration of Independence, which sets forth the principles of liberty and limited government more clearly than any document ever written.

Are we indeed facing tyranny? Predicated upon the definitions of tyranny there can be no doubt whatsoever that we have a tyrannical top-heavy government – that uses as its medium of control is the cruel use of power.

Consequently, since Barack Obama took office he has espoused oppressive government – C.E.O. wages and pension plans, or severance pay and bonuses, including every public or private company in the United States. Well one may ask how anyone would be privy to that information. We respond by saying anyone with access to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has a way of finding out who’s making what from date to date.

Our point is as a matter of just looking at the current obstructions – Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate, and perhaps the most egregious, AP-gate we find these obstructions a cruel and oppressive act especially by one committed to wielding great power – like the president.

Now overall since this man and his fellow corrupt-o-crats have laid siege on Washington D.C., hence the world, let’s look at some of his maneuvering. Asserting a dictatorship by not consulting Congress in matters regarding immigration reform which he took upon himself through the old fashioned way – the back door is about as sorry as anyone can aspire to be.

It is our posture that this man does not have the necessary constructs to even be a member of humankind. Here we speak of dimensions of the soul – conscience, ethics, and his constant acts of domination that instills despotism in our fellow Americans.

When one looks at the dossier of what has occurred on this man’s watch it could stand before any other U.S. leader. The green energy scandals, the Welfare Reform Act through his totalitarian justice system are ridiculous. Giving away Benefit Cards for food stamps and other sundries, and lest we forget green cards for all the incoming dreamers and illegal’s.

But wait…this is the same man who developed and shoved Obamacare down the throats when over 70 percent of Americans said no. In our attempt by publishing the “ Didn’t know” list in combination with Fast & Furious, Benghazi-gate, Obamacare, free i Phones, his own Secret Service mess in Colombia, as well as AP-gate we believe that this individual has a lot to be held accountable for and to whom.

The White House on Wednesday released 94 pages of emails between top administration and intelligence officials who helped shape the talking points about the attacks in Benghazi, Libya, that the CIA would provide to policymakers in both the legislative and executive branches.

The documents, first reported by THE WEEKLY STANDARD in articles here and here, directly contradict claims by White House press secretary Jay Carney and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that the revisions of those talking points were driven by the intelligence community and show heavy input from top Obama administration officials, particularly those at the State Department.

Eric Holder lashed out at his chief antagonist Wednesday at a congressional hearing where the attorney general was questioned on recent administration scandals, telling Republican Rep. Darrell Issa at the end of a tense exchange that his conduct is “shameful.”

Holder’s comments came after Issa accused him of purposely and repeatedly keeping information from Congress. Now let’s all ask ourselves…does AG Eric Holder purposely keep information from Congress?

Any sound and logical person, knowing the history of Eric Holder’s visits to the Senate Judiciary Committee, the House Committee on Ethics and Responsibility, and now the House Judiciary Committee investigating Holder’s involvement with why he called the FBI and other DOJ personnel off of the Boston Marathon bomber; there’s a key here folks – Eric Holder has been found in Contempt predicated upon is dragging feet with the Fast & Furious investigation.

“No, that’s what you typically do,” Holder responded. Following crosstalk, Holder added, “That is inappropriate and is too consistent with the way in which you conduct yourself as a member of Congress. It’s unacceptable and it’s shameful.”

The heated exchange with the lawmaker who led the charge against Holder regarding the botched Operation Fast and Furious came during a House Judiciary Committee hearing that examined a new set of scandals. Holder was grilled on a series of allegations, including the way the agency tried to find out who was behind a government leak to The Associated Press.

The AP, along with several lawmakers, say the Justice Department infringed on the constitutional rights of the press when it secretly obtained two months’ worth of phone records. Lawmakers tried to get answers out of Holder Wednesday but voiced frustration after Holder repeatedly rebuffed questions by claiming he wasn’t involved in the decision-making process.

This brings us to a portion that speaks volumes about the entire Obama administration. How often have we, as America citizens seen the usurping and unreasonable attacks on our rights by this over sized and pathetic government?

Worse still is how many times they think we are going to buy-in to their somehow faulty memories – for example:

What can you say about an administration that uses the Internal Revenue Service to go after its political foes?

What can you say about an administration that lies systematically about events leading up to the torture-murder of one of its ambassadors, U.S. military personnel and other U.S. citizens in Benghazi?

That can you say about an administration that uses drones to spy on its own citizens and to kill them overseas without due process. Has there ever been a time in the history of the U.S. where anyone remotely had domination complex?

What can you say about an administration that monitors the phone records of the largest news-gathering organization in the world – and one of the friendliest to that administration?

The only fair assessment is that it is a rogue administration. One that represents a frightening departure from any previous historical precedent in its authoritarian nature, one out of touch with the rule of law, one that is revealing itself to be prone to tyrannical policies and one that has committed so many impeachable offenses it’s becoming difficult to count them all.

Almost on a daily basis now the police-state tactics of the Obama White House are on display. They no longer need to be ferreted out by a handful of independent journalists and the citizen blogosphere. Even the Big Media that have coddled Barack Obama and shielded him from scrutiny for nearly five years are shocked by what they see. (Please see this link.)

The latest abuse was revealed by the Associated Press – which was also the victim.

The lead says it all: “WASHINGTON (AP) – The Justice Department secretly obtained two months of…

The shocking report goes on to explain both work and personal phone records were seized and scrutinized.

“In all, the government seized the records for more than 20 separate telephone lines assigned to AP and its journalists in April and May of 2012,” the report continued. “The exact number of journalists who used the phone lines during that period is unknown, but more than 100 journalists work in the offices where phone records were targeted, on a wide array of stories about government and other matters.”

AP is, of course, outraged – and today sent a letter of protest to Attorney General Eric Holder, who, I predict, will not finish out his term in office.

“There can be no possible justification for such an over-broad collection of the telephone communications of the Associated Press and its reporters,” said the letter. “These records potentially reveal communications with confidential sources across all of the news-gathering activities undertaken by the AP during a two-month period, provide a road map to AP’s news-gathering operations and disclose information about AP’s activities and operations that the government has no conceivable right to know,” wrote AP President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Pruitt.

Obama rose to power suddenly and, with the help of friendly media like the AP, was unstoppable in his bid for a second term. But he may be the cause of his own political undoing. Nobody likes what they are seeing in Washington today – not the left nor the right nor the mushy middle, not the so-called “mainstream media” nor its burgeoning alternative, not conservative legal watchdogs nor the American Civil Liberties Union.

The Obama administration is running out of cheerleaders.

This is big.

It’s a game-changer.

Obama is fighting off too many scandals – Benghazi-gate, IRS-gate and now Press-gate.

If this were almost any other president in American history, he would already be writing his resignation letter.

These times (spoken about) are priceless as they are will no longer taught to our children. Many ‘freedoms and or rights’ are banned in some places. How does one say that you 1st Amendment rights are being thrashed. Now under the veil of Gun Control, our 2nd Amendment rights are being attacked with fervor. How should we present the rights of none incrimination. That one ladies and gentlemen must be placed back into our Bill of Rights or how long do we let this shadow government abuse us?

We’ve been BRAINWASHED for decades..and it’s been passed on to us. If we ‘choose’ we pass it on to our children or it’s going to take some type of world wind event that will once again allow us to live cohesively.

It was ‘made’ NOT BY THE PEOPLE…but by a shadow government and it still continues today. The private banks, the so-called government that is no longer ‘voted in’ but chosen.. The laws, rules, and regulations and the list goes on and on for a group “inside the beltway” people who we understand has been granted every privilege from earnings to investments.

Look to your local news report: Benghazi-gate involves nothing more than lies after lies told until there are those begin to believe it. Furthermore, if there is anything true about Benghazi-gate it is that the lying has taken place at the highest echelons of government – and is anyone ever going to be put to their proper punishment for the lives lost during September 11, 2012? There are those times when I just would like to tell those people to shut up! Moreover, as I happened upon a Sunday news talk show the major topic of discussion was the demeanor taken by Hillary Rodham Clinton and now Barack Hussein Obama. I would love to say “watch that tone with me, Missy.”

Think about it people…use your heads and tell me why the nation romances the 1950s and 60s in music, arts, film making, and motifs. I believe in my heart of hearts that this is the last time American values, the American way, and American social mores were fanciful and pleasurable.

Now in the interim we have such illuminating travesties such as a President who won’t disclose his college transcripts; moreover, this same person is using someone’s social security card. On video reports we see from his lips that he doesn’t like America, in fact, tells us that we didn’t do it – settle and make this country what it is.

Furthermore, how many of us truly believe that our once “integrity bound” system of voting is really that way today. Imagine please 19 million or more illegal immigrants being rewarded for breaking our laws. Someone please tell me how does one honor a judge, lawyer, or politician when the world that they live in is quite different from ours.

Okay let’s process the likes of Fast & Furious – that illegal gun running operation assisted by US taxpayer funds, done unknowingly so by honorable ATF agents and tried like everything to expose the culprits. Meanwhile the whistle blowers who had done the right thing are being terminated and it gets worse with threats against their families. Who has paid the price for that stupid life-ending operation? Brian Terry has friends, colleagues, fellow officers, family, relatives, and parents that have been lied too and justice never gets served.

If you don’t think that all of these messages broadcast into your ears has an anxiety affect – believe me look at your kids and the schools they attend.
