Comprehensive Amnesty Threat: ICE Agents v. Napolitano

As for us, we find these actions as abhorrent and grotesque. We have been waiting and waiting with abated breath for the disclosure of the Directive(s) implemented at the hands of a Cabinet Secretary. Although operating under some form of “executive privilege” the following is a narrative by The Contemplative Thinker staff, and overall, we support the officers of ICE as well as the USCIS.

In our narrative it becomes overwhelmingly obvious that predicated upon the “Directive” issued by Janet Napolitano as well as other Defendant’s who have acted in a most irresponsible fashion have indeed set up members of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement division and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services who have found themselves in a lose-lose situation. These ten individuals, the Plaintiff’s are merely using their rights when they are being told one thing and held to a different standard thus making a mockery of their work – these Plaintiff’s have said “No!” to orders given them and in like fashion are suing the federal government.

On June 15, 2012, Defendant Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano issued a Directive entitled “Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion with Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children” (hereinafter “the Directive”).

The Directive, attached to this Complaint as Appendix A, instructs ICE officers to refrain from placing certain aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States (“illegal aliens”) into removal proceedings, and to take actions to facilitate the granting of deferred action to aliens who are unlawfully present in the United States. The Directive also directs DHS personnel to grant employment authorization to certain beneficiaries of the Directive.

Order of Significant Developments

On June 17, 2011, Defendant Morton issued a Memorandum entitled “Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion Consistent with the Civil Immigration Enforcement Priorities of the Agency for the Apprehension, Detention, and Removal of Aliens” (the “Morton Memorandum”).

On June 15, 2012, Defendant Napolitano issued the Directive.

In July 2012, DHS issued the “ERO Supplemental Guidance: Exercising Prosecutorial Discretion With Respect to Individuals Who Came to the United States as Children” which directs Plaintiffs and other DHS personnel to implement the terms of the Directive.

In early August 2012, DHS issued a document of more than 90 pages explaining how applicants for the benefits of the Directive would be processed by DHS, entitled “National Standard Operating Procedures (SOP): Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) (Form I-821D and Form I-765).”

On August 15, 2012, DHS began full implementation of the Directive, including receiving applications and distributing the benefits of deferred action and employment authorization.

In the interest of time and other particulars we have decided to interject various points and other idiosyncrasies that we feel are extremely important to the action. Such as on August 15, 2012 Janet Napolitano of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) found it incumbent upon herself to completely bypass any and all congressional representatives. The inclusion in matters pursuant to DECA, as well as employment authorizing, these are matters not for the executive branch to run-with without a clear and concrete breach of the Separation of Powers that must be enforced to keep the perception of the government as functional.

The orders in the field that have been given to Plaintiffs by their supervisors are that an alien only needs to claim that he is covered by the Directive in order to be released and offered the benefits of the Directive. ICE agents are prohibited from demanding that an alien provide proof that he meets the Directive’s criteria.

The majority of this article has come, as earlier mentioned, by the lawsuit initiated by those who find they are now in contradictory positions with the law as written in the U.S. Constitution and the Directive issued by DHS.

Let the president be duly warned.

Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

Almost every week brings a new reason for the United States House of Representatives to bring impeachment charges against President Obama. The question of the day is not why he should be impeached but why it hasn’t already been done.

Well, really, folks: Is Obama’s disregard of the Constitution really news? He has done it so many times it doesn’t make news anymore. Democrats approve it and Republicans in Congress appear to accept it – not all Republicans, of course, but far too many.

The list of Obama’s constitutional violations is growing by the day and ought to be the topic of not only nightly news commentary but also citizens’ town-hall meetings and protest rallies.
Just within his first and at the time of this writing, his only tenure of POTUS, Barack Obama has managed to really create an ugly mess of the U.S. Constitution.

One such matter comes in his executive order or policy change whereby birth control – to include abortions are now able to utilize federal taxpayer dollars to pay for them.

For those who don’t know – and we specifically state this matter for our foreign audience – under the Establishment clause and especially the Free Exercise clause of the First Amendment have been egregiously defiled in order that President Obama’s, Obamacare could receive federal taxpayer money to afford such costs. It should be duly noted that in over 220 years no individual ever approached those two clauses for birth control which as you can appreciate is not within purview of the presidency.

In a different matter completely, specifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.

Former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo claims that Jones introduced his House Concurrent Resolution 107 in response to startling recent comments from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.

“This week it was Secretary of Defense Panetta’s declaration before the Senate Armed Services Committee that he and President Obama look not to the Congress for authorization to bomb Syria but to NATO and the United Nations,” Tancredo writes. “This led to Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C.; introducing an official resolution calling for impeachment should Obama take offensive action based on Panetta’s policy statement, because it would violate the Constitution.”

In response to questions from Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., over who determines the proper and legal use of the U.S. military, Panetta said, “Our goal would be to seek international permission and we would … come to the Congress and inform you and determine how best to approach this, whether or not we would want to get permission from the Congress – I think those are issues we would have to discuss as we decide what to do here.”

“Well, I’m almost breathless about that,” Sessions responded, “because what I heard you say is, ‘We’re going to seek international approval, and then we’ll come and tell the Congress what we might do, and we might seek congressional approval.’ And I just want to say to you that’s a big [deal].”

Asked again what the legal basis for U.S. military force was Panetta suggested a NATO coalition or U.N. resolution.
Sessions was dumbfounded by the answer. As such he chided Panetta with, “They can provide no legal authority. The only legal authority that’s required to deploy the United States military is of the Congress and the president and the law and the Constitution.”

In a separate act entirely President Obama has put forth twenty three such executive orders as far as his knee jerk reaction to gun control – which as you know is a protected right by the Second Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

As such thousands of gun owners across America have had enough of the Obama administration’s attack on the Second Amendment – and they’re preparing to take their concerns to the capitols in at least 47 states this Saturday at 12 p.m.

We’re being dismantled…

The New York Times’ David Brooks opined that the nomination of Chuck Hagel to the position of Secretary of Defense (SOD) is in fact a cover for Barack Obama’s dismantling of the Military. The President must raid the Medicare and Pentagon budgets to pay for the domestic programs planned for his welfare state. By placing a like-minded traveler like Hagel in the top position at the Pentagon, Obama will have a yes man to dismantle the military and further the One’s socialist agenda. Since Hagel is a Republican (in name only) Obama will have the perfect political cover to raid the defense budget and give it to the low information voters who will blindly help Democrats destroy this nation.

Just a quick sidebar if we may:

We’re asking any person who supported President Obama during the election of 2012 to bring it out – this is the one time we will let clear bragging rights go over to you folks. If possible speak with your friends, relatives, family, and educators to assist you in making a clear case of prosperity in anything that this man has done for the nation.

What has come as a huge (more like a tremendous) shock to us is how this person can say one thing while he is completely doing the opposite in reality. Examples, our pleasure. The President has made his beliefs and feelings be quite clear regarding gun control as well as same-sex marriage.

Here’s our beef; the same-sex marriage support was a political ploy to assist him in reelection. In fact various organizations have book, chapter, line, and verse pursuant to what the president said when he was the most inexperienced Senator of the lot. Furthermore during his campaign he promised “no hand on people’s guns. “So ask yourselves, what does it mean when the POTUS amends a law that will guarantee him 365 day per year 24/7 for life having armed guards beside him?

Now for those who don’t understand the complete Marxist sociology – Stalin Communistic models, or the hell with it, anytime there is going to be a very unpopular move by the government the very first thing that need be done is to disarm the people. In other words what difference is there now between President Obama and a dictator?  No doubt in my mind at all had Sandy Hook happened in the earlier 2000’s people would be screaming, “Bush did it…”

Global Zero is an international movement demanding the elimination of all nuclear weapons. Sen. Hagel co-authored a report last May calling for severe cuts in the U. S. nuclear arsenal. As the Obama administration is planning to announce even more drastic cuts to the arsenal later this year, who could possibly be better suited than Hagel to be Obama’s SOD?

The administration will gladly point to this report as a good plan to dismantle America’s most powerful deterrent force. No wonder Iran has endorsed Hagel. He’s their guy! Who else will work to disarm the United States while the Iranians are stepping up their own program! Hagel obviously has no problem with a terrorist nation with nukes. No wonder Obama likes this guy; he calls for the elimination of ICBMs and heavy bombers for the nuclear arsenal. Those cuts would provide more money for Obama’s friends in the Green Energy/DNC money laundering business.

To be fair, Hagel is the first former enlisted man to have served on the front line and been nominated to the position of Secretary of Defense. Perhaps that would explain his isolationist stance of pulling troops from forward, deployed locations in Europe and Asia Pacific regions. However, there is no excuse for agreeing with a caller on al Jazeera that America is a bully. Hagel apparently sees the military from a private’s point of view. Unfortunately, the SOD must understand the big picture! Hagel may well be out of place, just like the current resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

 

 

 

 

 

Obama Signing New MARTIAL LAW Bill

Some states are already lowering the bar…?

In most circumstances we use the analogy of lowering the bar for anything that is of a cultural norm, that one by one compromise – albeit right or wrong – influences decision-making. Take for example the situation with illegal immigrants; who, not having the appropriate identification for the issuing of a driver’s license and because of lowering the bar from everything from special interest groups to grand sympathizers that lack all concepts of the rule of law.

Now for some news today – In Illinois, lawmakers, in their final days of session, moved through a bill we opposed that gives driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. After gaining some broad support initially, the bill lost the endorsement of the state sheriffs association when provisions requiring applicants to submit fingerprints and tax identification numbers were stripped out. Still, the bill made it through both chambers of the state legislature and is expected to be signed into law by Gov. Pat Quinn. Illinois would join New Mexico and Washington as the only states to give a driver’s license to illegal aliens.

In Connecticut, Gov. Daniel Malloy has announced that he’ll allow illegal aliens who receive deferred action through the Obama Administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to get a driver’s license.

The issue of driver’s licenses for DACA recipients is sure to become the hot-button issue during the 2013 state legislative sessions. Seventeen states have already taken a position on the issue, but a few – North Carolina and Oregon – are reconsidering.

Just before leaving town last week, Rep. Steve King introduced H.R.140, the Birthright Citizenship Act, into the new 113th Congress. It is the first of our 5 Great Immigration-Reduction Bills, and if passed, would end the practice of granting automatic citizenship to all children born in the United States.

Now the Big One –

Let our organization ask you this question: Is everyone geared-up to hold your homes and personal property? Are we geared-up for the U.S. federal government to declare martial law in the United States? WTF is martial law. Martial law is commonly equated to military rule within every aspect of civilian life, as we know it.

From the definitions that we have sourced martial law is defined as 1- Temporary rule by military authorities, imposed on a civilian population especially in time of war or when civil authority has broken down.
2. The law imposed on an occupied territory by occupying military forces.

According to Erik Rush writing for World Net Daily, Rush espouses a lot of this cyclical trending, I believe, has to do with certain driving forces in our culture, one of these being

the media. If you’re old enough to recall, back in the 1970s, the 1950s were all the rage. That was the era in which to have come of age; overnight, belligerent morons in motorcycle jackets were in vogue again. Now, there’s a 1970s revival on. Back then, pot was decriminalized in many states, sex had become recreation, yet it was before AIDS, so no one worried.

For example, Ancient Rome – to which many scholars have drawn comparisons apropos the course America has taken – started out as an extremely moral society. As we now know, it
wound up with a culture so amoral and hedonistic that it is still held up as the embodiment of self-destructive decadence.

Again predicated upon the genius of Erik Rush, “I’ve said for a long time, fomenting widespread civil unrest has been part of President Obama’s game plan from Day 1. This, I have asserted, he will do in order to implement martial law or something resembling it, at least initially. Once this has been done, like so many government constructions, it becomes an entanglement from which it is damnably difficult, if not impossible, to extricate ourselves.

Financial markets reacted negatively to the outcome of the election, as have thousands of employers now facing the specter of having to comply with Obamacare. Citizens across almost all 50 states have petitioned for secession. Certain malignant devices of the United Nations that will detrimentally affect Americans’ liberties are being eagerly considered by the Obama administration. This sort of thing, as well as the president’s stealth executive orders, can be expected to continue unabated.

Public concern with such dull and expectant news releases as randy middle-aged generals and desperate housewives, rather than what amounts to treason among members of the Executive Branch with regard to Benghazi-gate, makes it clear that this regime’s tactics are working.

Quite openly – why do we attend to the notion of the knee-jerk response of “Gun control?” Actually it is Obama’s constant pandering with the U.S. Constitution through executive orders, executive memorandums, and truly holding millions of Americans hostage through Obamacare, amnesty, Benghazi, and the fundamental reckless disregard for people’s religious liberties is the culprit for this mess. Look around and what do you see..?

Cultural identities, cultural differences, our (USA) culture as compared to anyone in the (USA’s) culture provided that the comparing “culture” is under 24-years of age, we have culture wars, mainstream cultural shifting within the primary culture’s standards, norms, values, and ethics, how do we deal with this phenomenon?

We suggest the very first initiative has been done. The identification and a sense of reality that cultures – just the same as people – change over time.  

We would also entertain saying that any person alive who wishes to stop this particular culture from “changing” should be aware of issues that include the best and the brightest, the highest levels of government personnel, along with those who are at managerial functions within all (ALL) law enforcement positions.

Ladies and gentlemen evil has no ethics or eyes when looking to overtake something or someone. In 1867, the U.S. House Committee on the Judiciary, led by Congressman William Lawrence, conducted an inquiry into the creation of a “law department” headed by the Attorney General and composed of the various department solicitors and United States attorneys.

On February 19, 1868, Lawrence introduced a bill in Congress to create the Department of Justice. This first bill was unsuccessful; however, as Lawrence could not devote enough time to ensure its passage owing to his occupation with the impeachment of President Andrew Johnson. However, a second bill was introduced to Congress by Rhode Island Representative Thomas Jenckes on February 25, 1870, and both the Senate and House passed the bill. President Ulysses S. Grant then signed the bill into law on June 22, 1870. The Department of Justice officially began operations on July 1, 1870. Does anyone remember what was happening in the USA during 1868?

Wanting to keep this writing as manageable as possible it is safe to say that every sector of industry, business, government, as well as agencies working with other agencies suffer from wrong-doing in every aspect of humankind’s life.

Albeit judges, lawyers, bailiff’s, to include members on a defendant’s legal team, or the other way with the State or Federal prosecutorial teams from everywhere to anywhere in the country have been indicted for primarily child abuse sex organizations to the distribution of illegal substances.

Is it any wonder at all that at a person’s identity developmental stages that everyone around them from Educators, coaches, pep squad athletic trainers, members of local law enforcement, as well as members of your local supermarket pharmacies, hospital staffs, nurses, physical therapy workers, even doctors are not immune from the perpetrators list.

So now we have well-trained ATF agents who are suing the federal government with cause; as well as members of the various departments within the DHS suing the related US Customs and Immigration Enforcement Service for being mandated to stop performing their duties. Go along and get along type of attitude, or turn a blind eye, or as our current president says, “We have an inactive federal government when it comes to immigration…”

Now just for the sake of openness, where and how anyone can attain such a quantum notion as “Accountability” to an obviously malignant federal government that is involved – at all levels – as well.
Therefore, what we are getting at is from the time a person is born in the USA they are virtually exposed to illicit drug abuse, know someone involved in child pornography, are being taught by teachers who have willingly paid others to take State mandated tests for them, as well as the antics of those “professionals” involved with the USA’s federal government.

Please do not let Congressional officals, members of known teachers and faculty staff, or even law enforcement be instrumental in raising your little ones. We all know that this rubbish has been going on for generations. Who the heck wants to be “friends” with their children? Please be alert and teach your children well. We know that our very own government is in to activities that are not legal — why let them have any influence — on your sacred children.

Reprobation is a condition of moral confusion that the scriptures say will be pervasive in the last days of time, as we know it. (Romans 1: 27-32) It is a result of spiritual deprivation that always accompanies moral decline according to every historical record of man. Nations rise and fall on the outcome of this powerful and recurring social and spiritual malady.

In this clouded nether region of convoluted thinking, identifying exactly who leaders are is part to the confusion entire generations have concerning their own identities. Teens are thought to rebel and act out largely because they are struggling to ascertain their own identities.

As for us here at The Contemplative Thinker, when everything is put through the tests of the heart or fire, or even the test of the Spirit we believe that there exists an answer that was revealed many, many years ago.

We know that some of our readers may be upset or even insulted over some of our reasoning here, whilst still other reader’s will be thinking and maybe saying, “why that is not offensive at all…how could anyone be offended by such common sensical notions.

It was the question of the hour, and it is still the single most important question of all time. It is a question of identity. As a young man named Jesus arrived in Caesarea Philippi, he sent his numerous followers – and his twelve main followers – out into the town for fact finding and where could anyone get something cold to drink.

Upon returning they were asked, “…who do men say that I, the Son of man am?” (Mt 16: 13) Quite openly he was asking these nonnative people who the indigenous people thought he was, or one’s basic identity question.

His followers gave him a mixed answer that included the various opinions of the entire community. The disciples told Jesus that some of the people thought he was a prophet or the reincarnation of John the Baptist. Many of the people thought he was a fake and a charlatan and possibly demon-possessed. (Jn 8: 48)

After sending the followers away except for the original twelve Jesus again asked, “But who do you say that I am?” In an answer as clear as the sky, the Apostle Peter answered the question in no uncertain terms for himself and those who followed Christ from day to day observing his speech and the many miracles he did.

“He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.” (Mt 16: 15, 16)

In this day of those who don’t acknowledge personal responsibility, who’d rather find something else to do rather than to vote, and disgustingly watch the president live above the rule of law with reckless disregard for matters Constitutional, who is spending millions of our dollars on his family holidays when clearly he is oblivious to matters right in front of his face.

We have come upon a list of seven identities that may be able to assist anyone as to who this wannabe actually might be. Are you ready? One, Author Xavier Lerma, writing in Russia’s online version of Pravda,

formerly the voice of communism in the old Soviet Union, compares Russian President Putin to Ronald Reagan while Obama is seen as an old line communist in policy and vision. Two, Newsweek emblazoned the artistically-produced likeness of Barack Obama (with a halo) on its cover with the caption “The First Gay President” in May of 2012.

Three, while no Muslim country has yet nailed Barack as a hardline Sunni or Shia Muslim, the hope he chooses to place in the Muslim Brotherhood movements in the Arab world indicate where his affections lie. Four, according to Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his posse, Mr. Obama is a total fraud based on the following information.

Five, once a single issue known as the ‘birther’s question’ has burgeoned into a mystery of epic proportions. Now it’s missing school records, a fraudulent social security number, a forged selective service record, and a bevy of forensic experts claiming that the birth certificate is as phony as a three dollar bill.

Six, is Mr. Obama a law-abiding citizen that is now lost in a storm of impeachment threats, investigations, and accusations. Obama has kept lawmakers in the dark on everything from the ‘unified agenda’ to the facts about the gun-running circus called ‘Fast and Furious.’ Seven, many people around the nation have wondered if Mr. Obama is the dreaded but well prophesied antichrist.

Well with the best of intentions we offer these facts. When you consider that identity crisis queen Oprah called Obama “The One” and actor Jamie Foxx called him “our Lord and Savior.” Outlandish?

Your Wild and Crazy New Year

Well all of us who wanted that wild and crazy New Year, our Congress, and President surely have seen to it that we are off to a great start.

First topic that we will address today means more to the human species than perhaps anything else does. In fact, there are millions of citizens here in our great country that will openly argue the merits of lacking accountability. Furthermore, we believe that the current state of our nation’s economy and unemployment are just that. Other individuals who have the same notion of reality as expressed by our President Obama regarding illegal immigration (paraphrasing here). There are times when you don’t want to face it [immigration reform] and just let it go until the next day, when just as the others’ have done, you just want it to go away.

But as informed readers and frequent visitors of our site you no doubt understand our propensity with personal accountability. All one need to do is look down at the right sidebar where Milton Freidman’s quote graces our pages.

So why all the talk about personal responsibility and accountability?

Other than they are related entities within humankind, today was the first day that Barack Obama talking – Not as a President, rather like an ordinary common man – gave response to who, what, where, and above all what really happened in Benghazi, Libya.

Much to our chagrin the President pointed all of his fingers at the State Department whilst stating, that the “blame in the Report tells us that the command and control centers of the State Department were negligent…further stating that, there is a problem with accountability at the State Department.”

Why not tell us what we already know. Then the astute Shannon Bream of Fox News portends the notion that those “4 Individuals” who were allegedly either forced to retire or quit their positions was not the case as well.

Megyn Kelly communicating from New York confirmed these particulars with Mrs. Bream so we are finding following a report that a security chief said to have resigned in the wake of the Libya attack is still on the payroll, calling the response “pathetic.” Furthermore, the New York Post report claiming that Eric Boswell, the assistant secretary of state for diplomatic security, remains at the department — despite a State Department spokeswoman announcing Dec. 19 that he was resigning his position. According to the Post, Boswell is merely “switching desks.”

Fox News Digital Politics Editor Chris Stirewalt broke down the details of the fiscal cliff bill passed by Congress last night. The deal includes $620 billion in new tax hikes and $15 billion in spending cuts. Further broken down, that means $41 in taxes for every $1 in cuts.

Yet as for us the most telling and tragic situation comes from how Speaker Boehner closed the voting proceedings late. Without a word to anyone Rep. Boehner simply left the building and proceeded to his office; ostensibly he left no words on a much humane and coveted piece of legislation, some spending appropriations for victims of Super-storm Sandy.

Please treat yourselves to some video from just about everyone; however, we maintain that Fox News’ coverage was by far supreme and they were the first in.

Discover-The-Networks

This article is about the constant abuse of special interest groups that government allowing, does far more harm than any good whatsoever. Many regulars of this site know of out infinity with Discover-The-Networks (DTN). DNT profiles leftist organizations that are dedicated to weakening — and in many cases eliminating — all regulations and controls on immigration into the United States.

This “Open Borders Lobby” is a coalition of radical groups spearheaded by such entities as the National Lawyers Guild (NLG), the Center for Constitutional Rights (CCR), the Mexican American Legal Defense, and Education Fund (MALDEF), and the American Civil Liberties Union ACLU). Blurring the distinction between citizens and non-citizens, these groups depict any calls for the strict enforcement of immigration laws as manifestations of racism, ethnocentrism, and xenophobia. They seek to radically change American values and culture through mass immigration and the political mobilization of “alienated” immigrant groups.

We feel that everyone who reads our site on a semi-regular basis knows of our distrust of special interest groups. Moreover, the maneuvering between these groups and what they actually do for people is unconscionable.

Imagine if you will, a specific number of fellow humans in the process of relocating their everything – lives, possessions, children, and spouse – to your country. We refer to these travelers, as “fellow humans” because when one works with, parties, cocktails, dates, and teaches these folks there is no longer any barriers to building full time friendships with them. They are indeed a fellow human being.

The aforementioned organizations are part of a vast network of hundreds of groups and tens of thousands of grassroots activists – all backed by hundreds of millions of dollars from leftwing foundations that includes the US Government. Together, they have waged a sustained campaign to open America’s borders to a mass migration from the Third World.

Though these advocacy groups identify their professed concern for “human rights” as their guiding principle, the rights they demand are not the restrictions on government enshrined in the American Bill of Rights, but rather, claims on society for “equity,” “welfare,” and special treatment for designated immigrant groups.

If enacted, these “rights” would amount to a revolution in America’s existing social order. It is noteworthy that the groups leading the attack on America’s borders are also in the vanguard of a coordinated attack against America’s national security and defense structures, and of a campaign to provide legal aid to terrorists and other declared enemies of America.

The “open borders” movement originally emerged from the radicalism of the 1960s and matured in the fight over amnesty for illegal aliens in the 1980s.

It gained a certain mainstream status in the 1990s as the “globalization” and “multilateralism” fads of the decade encouraged talk of a “world without borders” and the decline (even the demise) of the nation-state. At the center of the movement was the Ford Foundation—the largest tax-exempt foundation in the world, and one increasingly guided by the political left. Ford bankrolled the creation of new groups like the Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund (MALDEF) and the National Council of La Raza (La Raza). Ford also expanded the role of established leftwing groups like the ACLU, and it promoted radical Marxist organizations—overtly hostile to American values and purposes—like the National Lawyers Guild.

Those who are Makers and those who are Takers

A new Pulse Opinion Research (POR) survey provides all the evidence needed to conclude that America was mortally wounded by the reelection of Barack Obama. For whatever their reason, the “Makers” in our country saw fit to stay home and allow the “Takers” and their enablers to ascend to power. Now the country will reap the devastation brought on by their decision.

The opinion splits found in the POR report on every important indicator of the financial health of the country could not be clearer. While an overall 59% think the country is on the wrong track, 87% of Republicans (the Makers’ Party) said “wrong track” and 54% of Democrats (the Takers’ Party) saw the nation as being on the right track. Why should they think otherwise with so much “free stuff” coming their way paid for by taxes collected from the Makers?

Everything is “free” in Comrade Obama’s land of milk and honey – isn’t it? Sixty percent of the Takers believe they will be better off after another four years of Obama’s “free stuff for all”; but only 30% of the Takers believes their children will be better off. This attitude suggests a live in the now mentality. For reasons we don’t believe need further explanation are what if the generation before your current generation decided on the same value or lack thereof system. Do you think that education would be as wide spread and have an easy access to use? How about the civil rights thinking in our nation?

By contrast, just 4% the “Makers” say their children will be better off; 80% said their children’s lives will be bleaker under more of Comrade Obama’s largesse. This clearly proves the base selfishness of the Takers. It shows that although they believe their children will be worse off tomorrow because of the way they want to live the next four years, they don’t give a damn.

The Makers are frightened and upset about the horrible mess their children have been handed, but the Takers are chanting, “O-BAM- A; O-BAM-A; FREE STUFF; FREE STUFF; O-BAM-A!” African Americans, whose unemployment is double that of whites and substantially higher now than it was when Obama came to office, are of course more upbeat than any other group. Forty four percent of African Americans think the country is moving on the right track. “Free stuff for all (well, almost all)” policies while just 10% of whites feel the same way. That’s 56% for one group and 10% for the other – any questions. Sure we have a bonafide question. Q: How is it that African Americans see the unemployment rate within the ranks as well as the rate is substantially higher than when Obama took office are full of so much praise for Obama rather than being critical. It really appears that the white and Latin American populace are the people making the most waves insofar as the evidence shows that Obama’s programs, law breaking, and squandering every opportunity for economic growth for America are in fact the one’s holding Obama to the fire.

Report on the findings at Benghazi, Libya The state department sent a classified version of the report to lawmakers on Tuesday and shortly thereafter released an unclassified version. The report made 29 recommendations to improve embassy security, particularly at high threat posts.

In an enclosed letter to Congress, Hillary Clinton said she accepted all the recommendations and thanked the board for its “clear-eyed, serious look at serious systemic challenges”.

The report singled out the Bureau of Diplomatic Security and the Bureau of Near East Affairs for criticism, saying there appeared to be a lack of co-operation and confusion over protection at the mission in Benghazi, a city in eastern Libya that was relatively lawless after the revolution that toppled the Libyan ruler Muammar Gaddafi.

Four State Department officials have been disciplined in the wake of a review of the security failures that led to the deaths of four Americans at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, a department spokeswoman said Wednesday.

One resigned, while three others have been placed on administrative leave and relieved of their duties, said State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland.

The independent review released Tuesday examining attacks that occurred last September 11 cites “systemic failures and leadership and management deficiencies” at the State Department.

Well although the Report doesn’t tell us much of anything…

With the exception of timeliness. Don’t ask me how this one happened but we find it a glaring example. Operation Fast and Furious when it first became public in 2009 had to negotiate the US Attorney General’s Office, a slew of Justice Department lawyers, agency personnel from California, Texas, and Arizona, and of course the subsequent stalling and intentional lip-service by US Attorney General Eric Holder.

Up to the point of actually writing this hodgepodge essay Benghazi occurred on September 11-12, 2012 this year. Due to public outcry that we believe was spawned and nurtured by the White House and State Department, nonetheless something (labeled as Report) was delivered to the appropriate Congressional Committee. We would however like to point out that outside of the wounded there were four members of that delegation who suffered loss of life.

On the other hand, Operation Fast and Furious has been being dodged for years to include the US Attorney General being held on contempt charges. Therefore, the most logical question to be asked is where are the investigational findings, material evidence (guns, ammo, other items purchased), and the subsequent Report?

Notwithstanding it seems as though the leadership of America operates at a different degree of subsequent laws…than the majority of the citizenry

This entire fiasco with Hillary Clinton is just plain embarrassing. Although being subpoenaed by a multitude of Congressional Committee’s and other organizations who would like to get a semblance of her story, unfortunately Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has somehow – albeit by falling into, onto, or how ever one falls or faints in order to obtain the type of concussion she allegedly has – just appears a little too much.

The only other person in history to have the medical rap-sheet similar to Hillary Clinton’s would be the late Michael Jackson. And please be aware that her ailments always arrive around the same time she is required to be somewhere in person.
