“There’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs…”

oprah16f-1-webGetting one’s heartbroken is never easy. Albeit if it is your pet, a sudden death, relational tragedy, or misbehaving by one of an admired person, the results are basically solidified in stone. Why else would there even be such a word as heart-broken?

Oprah Winfrey has never been one to hold her tongue.

That remained true when she sat down with BBC’s Will Gompertz and detailed how no one is above the racism that still exists in this world today … not even the President of the United States, Barack Obama.

“There’s a level of disrespect for the office that occurs in some cases and maybe even many cases because he’s African American,” she said. “There’s no question about that. And it’s the kind of thing no one ever says, but everybody’s thinking it.”

Okay…okay enough already. There is one notion when a person of respect, wealth, and consequently power begins to talk publically about a topic they unfortunately know very little about. And there is always the mention of a celebrity – just because they have celeb status does not make what they are saying anything but sputum (or spew-tum).

For some unknown reason – and people please beware – there are uneducated, malevolent, misfits, maliciously minded people who have arrived at the grandiose position of either having celebrity status, whatever that means. People, who have produced either a sex tape, maybe delivered a line in a film, or even being surrounded by robots that have this unknown status spouting off everywhere.

I will be the first to admit that the entire notion behind “Freedom of Speech” does not entitle a person to say anything they want and anywhere at that. There exists a multitude of laws either guaranteeing a person can speak, yet on the other hand there are also a multitude of laws which tell a person what is appropriate moreover, responsible to say.

Whatever it is that motivate people to espouse – much the same as venom – the words they do is something very much the mainstream-media should be trying to clear up; moreover, this is an issue that needs far more time spent when one is acquiring a degree in the journalism field or other writing.

Now for what was stated and by whom; in our quote by Ms. Oprah Winfrey basically she is saying that there is disrespect for the office of the president. How about some questions?

Why does she suppose there is disrespect for the office? Without even proffering anything from any other administration, meaning nothing from any other written source that for all we know may be an original source document, Winfrey simply states is because he’s African American.

dominosI want to put this much in because I respect it. Just a small matter that President Ronald Reagan would not go into the Oval Office without a coat and tie, ever. He said it was the respect for the office that made him do it. Not very long afterword we elected a pseudo-President who would rather call Domino’s Pizza and place his evening’s eating accommodations over the phone rather than use the world class trained chef and staff of the White House.

Here is one for everyone…on August 8, 1973 the nation witnessed a person abdicate his position as President for the sake of showing integrity to the office he held. Richard M. Nixon resigned as president to stop things from getting any worse.

Now days in the Nu-culture or the Neo-now look at what has changed. A person by hook or by crook who has openly lied to the American people about his signature program, Obamacare, without a word of misgiving.

Sorry Oprah but playing the race card for an individual such as Barack Obama shows that you are indeed a racist among other examples from your mouth.
