Anyone know what a EB-5 visa represents..?

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) administers the Immigrant Investor Program, also known as “EB-5,” created by Congress in 1990 to stimulate the U.S. economy through job creation and capital investment by foreign investors. Under a pilot immigration program first enacted in 1992 and regularly reauthorized since, certain EB-5 visas also are set aside for investors in Regional Centers designated by USCIS based on proposals for promoting economic growth.

A qualified employee is a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or other immigrant authorized to work in the United States. The individual may be a conditional resident, an asylee, a refugee, or a person residing in the United States under suspension of deportation.

This definition does not include the immigrant investor; his or her spouse, sons, or daughters; or any foreign national in any nonimmigrant status (such as an H-1B visa holder) or who is not authorized to work in the United States.

But let’s just face the facts here shall we? What does DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano believe? Seriously she is the head-honcho of USCIS insofar as it is an agency within the purview of Homeland Security. So we ask again: Why is the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services laying the groundwork for an “Immigrant Investor Program”?

Ladies and gentlemen, friends, and everyone else who takes the time to care about our nation, see and hear these words for what they really represent. Just about everything looks better on paper; however, it is within the scope of due-diligence where these words are dissected, measured, and implemented.

Wanting to be as sympathetic and compassionate as possible there exist some idiosyncrasies within the parameters of these words. Therefore, we ask the question: Why are we, as a nation, condoning any business transaction with what may indeed be an enemy of the State? Seriously are we at a point where we must put ourselves out on the street corner to make ends meet?

Just some quick thoughts: Is our congressional leaders aware that we have lost control of this nation’s southern border? Furthermore, our own Secretary of State as well as the President and his U.S. Attorney General have already accused the citizenry of the United States for creating and maintaining, yet above all the continuing practice of drug abuse of our citizens.

Furthermore, while this sounds wonderful and heart-warming, we do not see anything what so ever in the visa literature or the USCIS offering of job creation, moreover, capital investment at all.

In other words let’s not be so quick to lose sight of Officer Brian Terry and “I knew nothing about it” hands off of Operation Gunrunner featuring Fast & Furious gun walking into drug cartel members’ waiting arms.

Just earlier today whilst preparing for this article I couldn’t help but notice ASSASINATION PLOT as the lead to several stories in today’s trades and newsprint with Attorney General Eric Holder making the announcement that at the center of the alleged plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States is the alleged involvement of the Quds Force, the elite special operations unit of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

A reading of the complaint, along with public comments by officials, suggested that the U.S. government came to the conclusion that Quds Force was linked to the plot based on claims the defendant made to an informant.

In closing for today doesn’t anyone get the impression that it is time to Wake-Up America and in so doing, learn about drug cartels who are tunneling their way underground whilst having ultimate control of our southern border? Why is America’s Federal Reserve making trillion dollar loans to Merrill Lynch; is it because their partially owned by Bank of America? It is time to stop all your visa programs and gun swindling deals and get a hold of our nation.
